"Walking the plains of Havre, Montana, in sub-zero temperatures and seeing the terrain and fossils made us think about sustenance, and the beginning and end of our own existence. As dramatic as it sounds, it felt dramatic in that weather. And being a steakhouse, we thought of the bow as one of the first tools that allowed us to take matters into our own hands, and the marrow representing the nutrients of life."
